Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Picture Weaver (the "Service"), operated by Leah Spengler. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service
Picture Weaver is browser-based photo editing software that lets you combine 1–20 of your own images into a woven composition and export the result as a PNG. Some features require a one-time paid unlock.
Accounts and user content
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be authorised to use the Service. You are responsible for images you upload and outputs you create. You represent that you have the rights to your input content and that using the Service will not infringe anyone else's rights.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by:
- using it unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or for spam;
- uploading illegal, infringing, or unauthorised content;
- interfering with security, transmitting malware, probing vulnerabilities, or scraping in bulk;
- reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing, or circumventing paid feature gates or technical limits.
Intellectual property
Leah Spengler retains ownership of the Service, including its software, interface, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service. You retain rights to your uploaded images and woven outputs.
Payment terms and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Paddle handles refund processing for Picture Weaver purchases.
Availability and warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leah Spengler's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid via Paddle in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by changing the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. For questions, contact Leah Spengler through the Service. For billing, invoice, refund, or payment questions, contact Paddle at paddle.net.
